Any product, content (including, but not limited to currency data), tool or utility that is made available to download from this server ("product") is the copyrighted work of global foreign exchange . Use of the product is governed by the terms of this document ("terms of use"), and/or the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the product ("license agreement"). An end user will be unable to install any product that is accompanied by or includes a license agreement, unless he or she first agrees to the license agreement terms.

Elements of global foreign exchange websites are protected by law and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. No logo, graphic, or image from any global foreign exchange website may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by global foreign exchange .
